Note that this process is only for VisaHQ for Business Clients
To obtain a receipt for a completed order:
1. Visit your organization's VisaHQ platform and click "Sign In"
2. Sign in to your user account.
3. Once signed in to your VisaHQ user account, click your name to access the drop-down menu and click "My Visas"
4. You will now be on Visa Order dashboard where you can view all of your existing visa orders. Click the options menu (three vertical dots) of your desired order and then click the Order Number.
5. Your requested receipt will now display. You can choose to either print or download the receipt as a PDF file.
